Sándor Udvarvölgyi graduated from the Faculty of Transport Engineering, at the Technical University of Budapest in 1993 and earned an MBA degree in finance and economics in 2001. He started his logistics career at Procter & Gamble in 1995. In 1996, he joined Avon Cosmetics Hungary as Head of Distribution and was later promoted to Distribution Manager for South and Central Europe. In 2001, he was appointed to Operations Group Manager for Central Europe.
